Prosthodontic Management of Single Anterior Missing Tooth with Immediate Loading Implant Using Leukocyte-Platelet-Rich Fibrin

Abstract Immediate loading of dental implant in the anterior tooth region has been a growing trend and eliminates compromised esthetics, function, discomfort, inconvenience associated with traditional two-stage procedures. This case report presents clinical application placement immediate using leukocyte-platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) esthetic region.The was planned to rehabilitate missing region. As per patient's desire, immediately loaded L-PRF membrane placed around under local anesthesia on day surgery.The use for maintenance crestal bone soft tissue at sites provided an adequate condition better esthetics.
